Hi... I am Daunine McLauchlin
When I became a mom in 2010... I felt a fire in my heart, like never before. I immediately longed for time to slow down. Every moment that unfolded before my eyes was something incredible, that I prayed to never forget. I didn't find a way to slow down time, but I did figure out a way to document all that was whipping by. To capture our story in imagery and create a record of all that love. A legacy.
Fast forward 10 years and now there are 3 little people in our family... I haven't for a second taking for granted the opportunity to capture our lives... And along the way, I've been honoured to capture the stories of so many other incredible people too. It's my passion to create invaluable records of life's most precious moments.
Lover of sunshine, laughter, peonies, tacos and wine. I married my love, Tim, 7 years ago and am blessed to share 3 beautiful children with him. Kennah, Iylah and Finn. We collectively call ourselves the McBrowns - part of two incredible clans that we are so proud to come from. I'm humbled to share a little bit of my family with you - to thank you for sharing yours with me. And thank you to my studio mate at Vanessa Rae Photography for this portrait. xo
