Your memories are invaluable. I encourage my clients to look at their photographic investment, as something that slowly depreciates... over the course of your whole lifetime - but never diminishes or stops returning. You'll come back to your images over and over again. You'll print them to decorate your home, give as gifts, make stories... and ultimately - leave behind a legacy.
Your images will still be here, even after we're not. Your children's children's-children will be happy you did your part to capture your story (and theirs). And trust me - every year on my kiddos birthday, we swoon over memories of their teeniest version... tears rolling down my face - you will never tire of looking back . I know one day these images will appear at more significant milestones - they'll be so happy we documented who they are, from the very start. Or imagine the joy and wonder you'll have looking back on your love story when you're old and grey, dancing in your rocking chairs. To see yourselves so young, happy and living in a time since past... yes - we will be old one day and think 'the world was so different back then...'

Newborns Packages
Rock-a-bye
$600 + taxes
This newborn package covers everything. The Rock-a-bye collection features multiple setups of baby, siblings, parents and family posing. All Sol•Tree sessions include your best hi-res digital images. I guarantee 40 images minimum.
Little Star
$450 + taxes
This newborn package is all about baby. The Little Star collection will feature baby in wrapped-only setups. Session is 1-hour and will work with baby sleeping or awake. I guarantee 15 images. All Sol•Tree sessions include your best hi-res digital images.

This is an intimate in-studio maternity session for just mom or couples. Great if you have wardrobe changes planned. Session is 1-hour. Studio wardrobe is available. All Sol•Tree sessions include your best hi-res digital images.

This session is perfect for the growing family. A chance to update your family images and portraits of your littles - who are soon to be bigs! In studio or outdoors. Session is 1-hour. All Sol•Tree sessions include your best hi-res digital images.

Little Loves
$400 + taxes
Great pop-in sessions to capture baby throughout their first year, or to capture older children annually as they grow and change. In studio or outdoors. Session is 1-hour. Studio wardrobe available. Siblings can be added for $25/child.
Family Packages

$500 + taxes
This session is for your immediate crew or up to 6 people max. Family sessions happen in studio or outdoors (year round). Multiple family poses, plus kids together and separate. And of course updated portraits of parents too. Session is 1-hour.
Whole Clan
$500 + taxes ($20/person over 6)
This session is meant to include extended family. Every grouping imaginable is covered. Sessions take place outdoors or at a booked facility that will accommodate your group size. Session is 1-hour.

Wedding day coverage of 4 hours. Includes a complimentary engagement session and planning consultation.

FAQ
What is the best age to photograph a newborn?
Newborns are best photographed in the first 6-21 days. I usually try to target 8-16, but anything in the first 3 weeks is optimal. There are a few good reasons why waiting until the latter part of the spectrum is best... If Mom is recovering from a C-Section, baby was born premature, jaundiced or is having trouble feeding and returning to birth weight.
Where are you based and do you travel?
Although I mainly serve the Regina area, I am also available for sessions at Katepwa Lake all summer long. I'm also available to travel to other areas around our beautiful province and beyond. I've shot weddings in Maui, Mexico and all over the Prairies...! Please inquire for travel fees.
When will we get our photos?
Your gallery will be completed within 1-month of your session, however usually 2-3 weeks can be expected outside of peak season.
How far in advance should we book?
For a newborn session, you should likely inquire during your second trimester to reserve a space. For weddings, it is best to inquire 9-12 months in advance. Family sessions are most popular in the fall, but the weather and changing light can make for limited spots. I recommend booking in July and August, for September and October respectively.
